About Us
Jeremy Yeo has been drumming since 1995 and have been performing as a professional drummer since 2001. He has performed for J.J.Lin, Kit Chan, A-Do, Bob Fitts, Eric Moo, F.I.R, David Choi, Olivia Ong and Guo Mei Mei, just to name a few. He started teaching drums privately since he was 20 years old and has at least 200 students under his guidance. He also has a Bachelor in Music Performance (Drums) and a Master of Music (Contemporary Practice) from Box Hill Institute TAFE (Melbourne, Australia).

JESSIE CHIONG
SENIOR INSTRUCTOR
AGE GROUP : 3 – 10 Years old
Jessie’s passion for drums began when she started learning it in high school. Since then, she has served as a drummer in the church worship ministry. Jessie loves that the drums can bring out the feelings and emotions of a song. Apart from drumming, Jessie also plays the piano and organ from a very young age and therefore is musically inclined! Jessie is patient and caring. She enjoys teaching children as she firmly believed that playing the drums improves a child’s motor skills and self-esteemed. She is trained to teach Kinder Beat, an award-winning and complete music program that introduces elementary and intermediate music learning concepts to young children.

Iain started playing drums in church since he was 9 years old and have played, session and toured with various local indie bands which include The Fire Fight, The Sonic Edge Band, West Grand Boulevard, The Great Spy Experiment, Gloria, Cardinal Avenue, Kevin Matthews, Jonathan Chan and Daphne Khoo.
A music producer and multi-instrumentalist, he continues to write and arrange music in his own time.
JIA YONG
SENIOR INSTRUCTOR
AGE GROUP : 3.5 and above
Jia Yong is an experienced and passionate musician who has been teaching and performing music for several years. He began as a percussionist and drummer in a band and developed his love for music during his secondary school years. After graduating from New Era College with a Diploma in Media Studies, he honed his percussion skills under the guidance of Mr. Chia Cheng Kok. Jia Yong has performed at numerous classical concerts in Kuala Lumpur with the Malaysia National Symphony Orchestra, Malaysian Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, KLPAC Orchestra & Band, and Selangor Symphony Orchestra.
Later, Jia Yong decided to move to Singapore to gain more experience and pursue his studies. He has played as a member and guest musician with various orchestras and groups, including the Singapore National Youth Chinese Orchestra, The Young Musicians’ Foundation Orchestra, The Philharmonic Orchestra Singapore, Kids Philharmonic, and Orchestra of the Music Makers. After completing his Diploma in Music with NAFA, he has started teaching full-time.
Currently, Jia Yong is focusing on building his career in teaching and live performances. Since July 2022, he has been actively performing in live band gigs at various venues such as Chevrons Bistro, Volta West, Muze Music Bistro, Coastal Acoustic, Major99 (AMK), The Secret, SevenDaze Balestier, Le White Bar, Chongqing Premium Grilled Fish (Kinex), Lau Pa Sat, Arize Bistro, and Royale Bar @ RWS Casino. He is currently playing weekly at HJ Bistro, Downtown Live House, and Westend. Now Jia Yong is one of the drum teachers at Artysticks Drum Academy.
